Frank O’Toole is a criminal law accredited duty solicitor, mental health solicitor and a higher court advocate at John Fowlers. Frank has been called to the Irish and Australian bar and was admitted as a solicitor in 1991 in England and Wales. He was called to the English bar in 2013.
