Litigation Solicitor
We wish to recruit an ambitious, experience litigation solicitor to join John Fowlers, initially to cover an existing caseload, but with the vision and potential to grow and develop a forward thinking litigation department. The ability to handle a wide range of litigation including Landlord and Tenant, Employment Law, Commercial Disputes and Contentious Probate matters is essential to enable close working with our Commercial and Private Client teams. Personal Injury experience is not required. As you will initially be the only Solicitor in the department, the ability to run these files without supervision is critical. The post will be office based in the centre of Colchester, but flexible working may be considered after the initial probation period of six months is successfully completed. We are seeking to recruit a Paralegal into our growing Private Client Department. Experience of assisting with Court of Protection files is absolutely essential for this role, as is a full, clean driving licence and a willingness to travel for client visits.
