Sean completed the Legal Practice Course in 2006 at the Inns Court School of Law and qualified as a Civil Litigation Solicitor in 2009 within a large regional firm.
Since qualification, Sean has advised on all aspects of Civil and Commercial litigation including residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters; debt recovery; civil and commercial contract disputes; employment disputes; property and land disputes and contentious probate disputes.
Sean prides himself on advising his clients on both the legal merits of their claims as well as the commercial and practical aspects in reaching an amicable resolution.
Sean lives in Maldon and relaxes by spending time endeavouring to conquer his garden, he is an avid fan of Tottenham Hotspur and consoles their failure to win a trophy by the odd large glass of single malt!
