“I enjoy working at John Fowlers for how rewarding the role can be. It’s great to see how the actions of both myself and the rest of the team can have such positives affects on our clients. It’s important to me that I do everything I can to change what is normally a difficult and stressful experience for clients, into a smoother, calmer and less confusing one.
The industry has continued to get a lot more competitive which as a consequence is driving for a better quality of service for clients. I feel proud to work for a firm who has always pushed to champion the client and put them at the heart of what we do.
This is what makes John Fowlers unique, we build personal connections with our clients because we care. A client is not just a number or a file, they are a person with a person’s fears and worries. Our clients appreciate the honest advice they get when they come to us.
Out of the office, it depends on how active I feel! I enjoy getting outside, paint-balling, air-softing and training with the firm’s football team. If it’s not such an active day, I like going to the cinema or relaxing with a good book.”
