Wills and Probate
Wills
It is essential to make a Will. Once you have your Will professionally drawn you can be confident that the people that you love and care about will be cared for after your death.
If you die having left no Will (intestate) it is quite probable that your estate will go to benefit the government.
The cost of having a basic Will prepared is approximately £100 plus VAT but if you and your spouse are having basically the same Wills (mirror Wills) you will be entitled to a reduced fee of £80 plus VAT for each Will.
If your Will is more complicated then the fee will increase, we are able to agree fixed fees for this.
If you would like a copy of our Guide to making your Will please contact us.
If you or your relative are over 75 years old and/or fulfil certain criteria you may well be entitled to have your Will drawn for free. Please contact us for details.
Alternatively, if you would like to complete the form below and e mail it back to us, we can start the process immediately.

Enduring Power of Attorney
An Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA), is a legal document that enables someone (the donor) to appoint one or more persons (attorney(s)) to manage their financial affairs and property, either now or in the future.
Since 1st October 2007 no further EPA's are allowed to be created. We can however assist with the regisitration or revocation of those already created.
Please contact us for details or complete the form below so that we can start the process immediately
Lasting Power of Attorney – Property and Affairs (LPA-PA)
An LPA-PA is a document that you sign to appoint somebody to act for you should you become unable to manage your own affairs.
If you have made a will to ensure your wishes in relation to your assets are carried out after your death it makes sense to make an LPA-PA to ensure that your wishes are maintained whilst you are alive.
