Mental Health & Incapacity

We provide independent advice and assistance to patients detained under the Mental Health Act 1983, the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and with patients currently residing in the community with mental health related issues.

We provide assistance or representation at Hospital Managers Hearings and Mental Health Review Tribunal Hearings. We also attend at CPA and section 117 aftercare meetings.
