Public Funding

We are able to offer public funding (formerly Legal Aid) in Family work to those who meet the eligibility criteria set out by the Legal Services Commission.

For those who are ineligible for public funding for Family work, but are assessed (by using the same financial eligibility test as the Legal Services Commission) as having disposable income of less than £1000 per month, we are able to offer a discounted rate of £100 per hour (normally £165 per hour) for the conduct of your Family matter.
