Commercial Conveyancing
There are often many different considerations which are involved in buying or selling a business or a commercial property. Apart from the searches and enquiries which might be carried out on any conveyancing transaction, there may also be employment, planning, VAT, landlord & tenant, environmental, licensing and company issues arising. In addition it is important to have a general feel for the underlying commercial realities and an appreciation that speed is usually of the essence.
