15th July 2015 John Fowlers
“The service received was second to none. I received prompt and timely responses from my solicitor. In her, very rare, absence she ensured I had a point of contact with her colleague and her secretary was always aware. She appeared well informed, but, nevertheless, sought advice and guidance for issues which were especially out of the ordinary. It is difficult to evaluate value for money, since the unnecessarily protracted nature of the proceedings resulted in a very large sum being invoiced. However, the protracted nature was entirely due to the obstructive behaviour of my ex husband and the support and advice he received from his solicitor apparently condoning this behaviour. My solicitor fought throughout to keep costs down.

My solicitor was Sheila Crosby and I would always highly recommend her to others with the misfortune to find themselves in a similar situation. She was impeccably professional, thorough, responsive and particularly sensitive to the extreme stress experienced by both me and the children throughout the proceedings. She did her utmost to move things on in spite of the constant obstruction, though remained realistic.

I believe the quality that probably singles Sheila Crosby and John Fowlers out from others is the genuine dedication that, as a client, I felt that they had to achieving the best possible outcome within a realistic framework.”
